Refund policy

We want you grilling happy. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. Just email us your order number and a photo of the problem.

 

For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns.

 

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we approve the return.
